Catholic Schools
Consider supporting Catholic schools, especially elementary schools, in your area by giving some of your time, talent, and/or treasure. You can do so directly by finding a particular school and offering to tutor, coach a sport, give a talk, make a donation, et cetera, or indirectly by giving to organizations like the Catholic Schools Foundation, which offers financial assistance to students thereby supporting enrollment efforts in schools.

Catholic Charities Boston provides family and youth services, basic needs (food, shelter, et cetera), refugee and immigrant services, and adult education and workforce development. If you are bilingual (and even if you aren’t!), consider volunteering your time and talent to help some of the most vulnerable in our community to get a foothold in life.
